Due to the high winds in the Sacramento area today, June 13, 2000, some area’s of the City are experiencing power outages.  This press release is to remind motorists that when they approach an intersection and the signals are malfunctioning, they must stop at the intersection.  SMUD crews are working to fix the problems.
