  HOMICIDE - BABY DRAPER LOCATED
 
Sacramento Police Homicide Detectives have arrested ERIN RAE KUHN-BROWN, female, white, 31, DOB: 10/29/68 for two counts of 187 P.C. Homicide.  Kuhn-Brown was arrested on 06/19/2000 at 3:20 P.M. in South Sacramento at 7601 Pickoi Circle.  Kuhn-Brown resides at 7520 La Bella Circle in North Highlands.

The victims have been identified as KATHALEENA LOUISA DRAPER, female, white, 17, DOB: 06/25/1982 and BABY DRAPER, male, white, new born. Victim Kathaleena Draper died from asphyxiation.

The remains of Baby Draper was located at approximately 0400 hours on 06/20/2000 off the road on Alternate route 95, between Fernley and Silver Springs in Nevada.  Cause of death is pending.

The Lyon County District Attorney’s Office and the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office will be working out the details on jurisdiction and prosecution.
