Update on SWAT call-out to the 1400 block of W St.

The suspect from this morning’s SWAT call-out to the 1400 block of W St. has been identified as Samuel Sebastian Cooper, male White adult, 29 years of age.  Cooper is being booked into the Sacramento County Jail on a Felony charge of Domestic Violence, two counts of Assault with a deadly weapon and False Imprisonment.
