Sacramento Police Homicide Detectives are investigating a  homicide which occurred at 834 Rancho Roble Way, apartment
# 103.  On 08-10-02 at approximately 1:12 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department received a call from a previous tenant regarding a possible homicide victim inside the apartment.  Officers responded and found a male Hispanic, late teens, inside the apartment  with what appeared to be a gunshot wound to the upper torso.  The subject was pronounced deceased by Sacramento Fire Department personnel.  The victim is described as a male Hispanic juvenile, approx 5'8", 140-160 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.  The victim has not been positively identified and is pending next of kin notification.
