ROBBERY SUSPECTS ARRESTED
The suspect vehicle came back registered to1920 El Monte Ave., where it was later located. While officers were watching the residence and waiting for additional officers to arrive, two suspects exited the residence. The suspects were contacted by officers and detained. Both suspects were later determined to be involved in the robbery. Officers had information that the third robbery suspect may also be inside the residence. The S.W.A.T., Negotiation, and E.O.D. teams were called to assist.
Officers were eventually able to make contact with an elderly male adult inside the residence who voluntarily exited. The subject identified himself as the father and stepfather of the two detained suspects. Additionally, he stated that another son also lived there, but was not home. The S.W.A.T. team and Negotiators unsuccessfully attempted to make verbal contact with anyone else inside the residence.
At approximately 5:50 p.m., S.W.A.T. officers checked the inside of the residence and did not locate anyone inside. The residence and vehicle are currently being examined for possible evidence.
Suspects:
Fredrick Brigham-D.O.B.- 03-03-1979. Suspect is on active felony
probation.
Robert Bolton-D.O.B.- 09-21-1980.
The third suspect was described as a male black adult, 6-0, 170 lbs.
Both Brigham and Bolton were transported and incarcerated at the Sacramento County Main Jail on charges of Robbery.
