CIRCLE K ROBBERY

The Sacramento Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect responsible for robbing the Circle K store at 600 Rio Tierra Avenue on two separate occasions.

On November 4, 2002, at approximately 12:42 a.m., the suspect entered the Circle K store at 600 Rio Tierra Avenue and asked for a cigar.  While the clerk was counting the change the suspect had placed onto the counter, the suspect pulled out a knife and demanded money.  The clerk handed him a small amount of money and the suspect ran out the door.

On November 12, 2002, at approximately 1:38 a.m.,  the same suspect entered the store, pulled out a knife and demanded money.  The clerk again handed the suspect a small amount of money and the suspect ran out the door.

Suspect description: Male black adult, 27-30 years of age, 5'11", 180 lbs., short black hair, brown eyes, muscular build, medium complexion, black beard, blue baseball cap, tan work boots, blue nylon jacket, and blue jeans.

Weapon:  Knife
