The following is an update by the Sacramento Police Department related to the USDA Conference.  The below listed event occurred last night, June 21, 2003.

Patrol officers came across a vehicle collision at 28th and K Streets.  While investigating the collision, several gas masks were seen inside one of the vehicles.  The driver of that vehicle gave a false name to officers and was taken into Sutter General Hospital after fainting at the collision site.  The subject left the hospital, without treatment, prior to officers determining her true identity.  The gas masks were booked for safekeeping and the suspect is currently wanted for a felony charge of “false impersonation” and driving with a suspended drivers license.
Suspect Description: Gena Lindsay, DOB 3-19-81, female white, 5'8", 125 lbs.
