MISSING PERSON

The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating an at-risk missing person. Kenneth Hicks was last seen walking away from 4250 Auburn Blvd, Heritage Oaks Hospital, at noon today, July 14, 2003. Mr. Hicks is described as a male white, 43 years old, 5'9", 183 Ibs., and was last seen wearing a tan baseball hat, blue and white shirt, grey pants and no shoes. Mr. Hicks is described as mentally disabled. He takes numerous medications and cannot care for himself.

Mr. Hicks boarded an RT Bus in front of Heritage Oaks Hospital on Auburn Blvd and got off at Greenback Lane and Mariposa Avenue sometime after 1:00 p.m. He was last seen in the area of Greenback Lane and Mariposa Avenue and was on foot.
