On July 21, 2004, at approximately 11:00 p.m., a 22-year-old victim was sexually assaulted while she was unloading her vehicle at her apartment complex in the Pocket area of Sacramento.  The suspect used physical force during the assault.  No weapon was used.

Suspect Description:  Male Black 20-30 years old, 5’9”, 170-180 lbs., medium to large build, short hair or bald, possible side-burns, last seen wearing a gray or white t-shirt, and blue-jean shorts.

Safety Tips:  Park in well-lit areas at night.  Be aware of your surroundings.  If you feel that someone is following you, or if you suspect suspicious activity, go to a populated area and call the police.  If someone is approaching you while getting out of your vehicle, get back inside, lock your doors, and drive away.  For more safety tips, log onto the Sacramento Police Department’s web site at www.sacpd.org.
