The Sacramento Police Department’s Law Enforcement Expo/Female Fitness Challenge is on Saturday, August 28, 2004 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at William Land Park’s Village Green.

The Expo will mark the commencement of our 12-week Female Fitness Challenge.  The challenge will pit Sacramento Female Police Officers against female candidates in areas such as weight loss, lean body mass gain, a timed obstacle course, and other areas of fitness.

The Expo will consist of law enforcement demonstrations from units such as K-9, Motors, SWAT, CSI, the Bike unit, Mounted unit, and our Bomb squad.  This event will also have a vendor section with 20-30 health related vendors.  The Expo is free and open to the general public.  This Expo is an opportunity for people to see what the Sacramento Police Department has to offer as a career.
