Earlier this afternoon, August 31, 2004, the Sacramento City Council approved the addition of sex offender information to be included on our website.  This is a valuable resource for the community as it allows access to detailed information on the “High Risk” sex offenders living within the City limits.  This information includes the offender’s name, general address, physical description, and offenses committed.

In addition, this site also includes a Citywide pinmap showing the locations of “Serious” sex offenders.   However, to view more specific information regarding “Serious” sex offenders, citizens must still visit one of our police department locations to view the Department of Justice’s Megan’s Law application.
