On November 4, 2004 at approximately 1:00 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department arrested 24-year-old Hector Valencia on indecent exposure charges.

Hector Valencia was arrested on one charge of prowling, and four separate charges of indecent exposure.  These crimes took place within a few blocks where Valencia had been staying with his sister in the Fruitridge Road and 65th Expressway neighborhood.  The Sacramento Police Department is concerned that there may be more victims in the area who may not have reported Valencia exposing himself or prowling.  If you have been a victim, please contact the Sacramento Police Department at (916) 433-0650.

SUSPECT INFORMATON:  Hector Valencia, 24 years old, 5’6”, 140, long dark hair worn in a pony-tail, wispy mustache, wore dark green/gray sweatshirt, light colored pants.  Valencia has been known to ride a bike.
