Home Invasion Robbery Arrest

The Sacramento Police Department has arrested Armond Conyer Tate in conjunction with a home invasion robbery that occurred on June 26, 2005.

At 12:45 a.m., an 81-year-old Asian female was at home alone.  The suspect forcibly tied the victim with duct tape bound her hands and covered her mouth.  He dragged her from room to room and ransacked the residence.   The suspect took cash and jewelry from the residence.  A second suspect was outside in the backyard but was not seen.

This same victim was a victim in a home invasion robbery in April 2004.

Anyone with information regarding this case is requested to call Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or (800) AA-CRIME.  Callers may remain anonymous and are eligible for up to a $1,000 reward.
