Shooting at Local AM/PM

On Sunday, November 20, 2005, shortly after midnight, three Asian male suspects confronted the victim while he was putting gas in his vehicle at the AM/PM Mini-Mart located at 2005 Marconi Avenue in North Sacramento. One of the three suspects displayed a handgun and demanded that the victim get back into the vehicle and drive. The victim refused and attempted to wrestle the gun away from the armed suspect. During the brief struggle, the victim was subsequently shot in the arm. The victim was able to flee from the suspects without suffering further injury.

Two of the suspects involved have been arrested, but the third is still outstanding and is considered armed and dangerous. Three photographs of the outstanding suspect are attached.

Suspect Description: Asian male adult, 18-19 years old, 5'7"-5'8", dark medium length hair.

The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect
