Drug, Gang, Criminal or Suspicious Activity Report

The Sacramento Police Department has established this online form for persons wishing to provide anonymous crime tips/information to the police department. This form is intended for any drug or gang activity, on-going criminal activity, and/or suspicious activity NOT IN PROGRESS.

NOTE: The information provided will be forwarded to the appropriate departmental unit. By completing this form, you are not creating an official police report.

If this is an emergency DO NOT use this form; call 911 immediately. For crimes and/or suspicious activity in progress DO NOT use this form; call the non-emergency line 264-5471.

In submitting this information you will remain completely anonymous. Please provide as much information as possible, including addresses, suspect names, suspect descriptions, and types of activity. The more information you submit, the more we can do to stop the problem.
