Services for the Deaf

Members of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community may utilize any web-enabled device to make contact with the Sacramento Police Department or report an emergency situation.

The pager service for members of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community service is available via 9162062713@vzw.blackberry.net or via 9169480106@archwireless.net

Our Reverse 911® system is capable of delivering TTY/TDD messages to the deaf and hard-of-hearing community. The current system does not auto-detect TTY/TDD machines. In order to receive these messages you must voluntarily register as a TTY/TDD user in the Self Registration Portal.
