10-341884 (Narcotics): Eleanor / Lampasas Ave at 0823 hours.
Officer stopped a car and during a search, located contraband. Jules Chatto-Jensen, 18, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Leonard Spice, 32, was arrested for a warrant.
10-341921 (Narcotics): 700 block of Dixieanne Ave at 0932 hours.
Officers conducted a probation search and located methamphetamine. David Gallegos, 20, was arrested.
10-342347 (Robbery): 2900 block of Marysville Blvd at 1943 hours.
Three male Hispanic suspects entered the apartment through the front door and assaulted an elderly homeowner. They went through the entire apartment and took items.
10-342400 (Narcotics): 2000 block of Del Paso Blvd at 2121 hours.
Officers approached a suspicious vehicle and smelled marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. During a search they discovered cocaine individually packaged along with methamphetamine. A 36-year-old man was arrested.
10-342427 (Assault): 200 block of Lindley Dr at 2147 hours.
Officers responded to a report of a possible shooting. Upon arrival, officers contacted an adult female who would not let officers inside her house to conduct a welfare check on possible victims inside. The female was arrested for impeding an officer in the course of his duties. A check of the residence revealed no victims.
10-342497 (Mental Subject): Hwy 160 Eb / Northgate Blvd at 2310 hours.
Officers responded to a report of a mental subject armed with a knife and threatening people in a nearby homeless camp. It was also reported that the subject had stabbed himself several times. Officers contacted the subject who was still armed with the knife and refusing commands. Officers deployed a CED (Taser) and he was taken into custody. He had multiple self-inflicted stab wounds to the chest. He was transported to a hospital for treatment.
10-341887 (Narcotics): Folsom Blvd / Florin Perkins Rd at 0832 hours.
Officers made a vehicle stop and found the subject to have a warrant. He was arrested and found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Suspect is Robert Parsons, 52.
10-342183 (Assault): 48th St / Folsom Blvd at 1558 hours.
When a bar patron was leaving the bar, he backed his pick-up into another vehicle in the parking lot. The victim called to the driver, but the driver didn't stop. He drove towards the victim and then fled the scene. While officers were on scene, the suspect returned. Officers contacted him and ultimately arrested him.
10-342399 (Burglary): 1600 block of P St at 2119 hours.
The complainant watched the suspect enter a neighbor's apartment via a broken window and called the police. While officers were on scene, the suspect exits the complex and was contacted. The suspect fled on foot as officers were attempting to detain him. A perimeter was set up. The suspect was located and bitten by K9. The suspect was 17 years old.
10-342601 (Burglary): 8600 block of Folsom Blvd at 0326 hours.
Officers responded to an alarm and located the front glass door broken.
10-342164 (Assault): 7800 block of 38th Ave at 1534 hours.
Officers responded regarding a violent mental subject. Upon arrival, officers contacted Dongchay Vansee, 23, in the driveway. He was armed with a knife. When he saw officers he began throwing objects at them. Officers had to take cover behind a parked vehicle. Vansee repeatedly threw items at officers. He retreated into his house, where officers followed him. They located him inside the garage. He failed to comply with officers and K9 was deployed. Vansee was ultimately taken into custody.
10-342366 (Casualty): 5300 block of 47th Ave at 2021 hours.
Officers responded regarding a medical aid call. The fire department advised they were enroute to a call regarding a 4 month old who had been dropped. Officers arrived and through their investigation determined that the child had been accidentally dropped. The child was transported for non-life threatening injuries.
10-342028 (Burglary): 6600 block of Chesterbrook Dr at 1230 hours.
A subject attempted to break into a residence but was scared off by the victim.
10-342414 (Brandishing): Sheldon/Bruceville at 2139 hours.
Officers were hailed by a female subject who stated that earlier in the day some known subjects brandished a gun at her.
