The Sacramento Police Department is releasing surveillance video of an armed robbery. Investigators hope that someone will recognize the suspects and come forward with information leading to their identity.

On Monday, January 26, 2009, two men entered Knott’s Pharmacy (4819 J Street) and robbed the clerk at gunpoint. The suspects ordered the clerk to give them all of the OxyContin pills available. The suspects got away with hundreds of OxyContin pills.

Suspect #1 was described as a male White adult in his early 20’s. He was 5’9” to 5’11” in height and weighed between 180 and 200 pounds. He was wearing baggy pants, a black hooded jacket, black gloves, large dark sunglasses, and a brown handkerchief covering his mouth. He was armed with a black handgun.

Suspect #2 was described as a male White adult in his early 20’s. He was 5’9” to 5’11” in height and weighed between 180 and 200 pounds. He was wearing black baggy pants, a black hooded jacket, and dark sunglasses (which he removed at one point, revealing he had blue eyes).

The suspects may have been driving a late 80’s to early 90’s, black, 2 door Honda Civic. The car was described as looking like a race car. The car was lowered and had front-end damage.
