The Sacramento Police Department needs help identifying a robbery suspect caught on surveillance video.  Detectives hope that someone will recognize him by the clothing he was wearing and come forward with the information needed to identify him.

On Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at 9:50 p.m., the suspect entered a pizza restaurant (2200 block of 16th Street) and walked behind the front counter where he confronted two employees.  The suspect demanded money at gunpoint.  The employees complied by opening their cash register drawers.  The suspect stuffed cash from the drawers into his pockets and jumped over the counter to the lobby area where he dropped some of the money.  The suspect put the money back into his pockets and fled on foot.

The suspect was described as a male Black in his late teens, 5'10" in height and weighing about 160 pounds.  He was wearing a purple shirt and a black hoodie with a distinct logo on the back.  His face was partially covered with a black and white bandana.
