The Sacramento Police Department has arrested Oscar Gaspar for the murder of 26-year-old Jesus Garcia.

On September 4th, 2011, at 1:36 a.m., officers received a call to the 6800 block of Fruitridge Road on a subject who had been shot outside of a bar.  Officers arrived on scene and located the victim who had been shot multiple times.  He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.
