Traffic Stop Leads to Guns, Marijuana and Cash Seizure

On October 17, 2012, at approximately 3:58 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop which later led to a warrant search of a residence.  Officers searched a home in the 8400 block of Hermitage Way and seized approximately 15 pounds of marijuana, 7 guns and approximately $20,000 cash. The firearms seized were an assortment of handguns and two shotguns.

Officers arrested 19-year-old Gilbert Sanchez-Moscoso.  Moscoso was booked into county jail for cultivating marijuana, possession of marijuana for sale, and removal of serial numbers on a firearm.
