The 2013 Fitness Camp was a six-week long program in which SAC PAL kids attended two days per week, three and a half hours a day. The program focused on physical fitness and nutrition as well as developing the "PAL Pillars of Character," which includes self esteem, honesty, integrity, fairness and justice. The kids were put through drill and ceremony practice and a variety of sports and games. The camp instructors consisted of Sacramento police officers, dispatchers, and physical fitness trainers who volunteered their time to this program.

Please join the SAC PAL kids as they receive awards for their various achievements and participation in the Sac PAL Fitness Boot Camp
